are you trying to monitor groups or posts in profile pages? it is tricky to select elements in facebook because of how the page renders invisible random content in the page.
So I see that option now, monitor facebook posts but it doesnt seem accurate, it gives me email notifications even tho there arent any changes on their account or posts
so it notifies a lot of times even tho changes weren’t made. No posts no nothing but I kept on receiving email and I used where it says monitor facebook user post
I just simply wanna monitor facebook post so whenever they posts something I get notified. So I did that, but notifications are accurate. I keep on getting emails even if there arent any changes
notice the result section that displays gibberish content read from the page. can you share profile url that had these posts? this is most likely the content that changes frequently and triggers notifications. can you share the url where this was captured?
Seems, this is an unsolved question. And I faced with the same problem.
The number of the reactions, shares, etc. is in response. Therefore yes, we receive false-positive alerts.
@szuni Facebook scraper should now be working more reliably. We’ve rolled out improvements on our end to better handle dynamic elements that were previously causing false-positive alerts.
If anyone is still seeing unexpected alerts after this update, please feel free to reach out to us.
