How do I set up for Twitter posts/uploads?

I’m trying to make it so where anytime a profile uploads, I get a notification (Twitter’s Push Notification are VERY inconsistent so I can’t use them.)

For the record, I’m using the extension instead of the desktop app If that’s important.
