Unable to view site after successful login

Hi Support,

While creating a new profile to login to https://shopee.sg/buyer/login, login was successful but thereafter I was unable to proceed and view website. It seems there is a geolocation block by merchant site (via distill io proxy). I have used all the available proxies such as World Mix 1, 2 and etc but it is unsuccessful. Is there residential proxy for Singapore sites? Thanks to advise.

hi @danny2025 - thanks for reaching out and sharing your use case. until now, singapore has been available to enterprise customers only. we have now made it available to customers subscribed to the professional plan and above. can you try using sg location and see if it helps access the site? let me know if you face any issues. cheers!

I was already on professional plan before setting up the monitors/profile and did not see Singapore

Do I need to re install the desktop app? Or when can I get the professional app (if any).

You can check the list of proxies available for your account in the Proxy list. If a proxy is marked as ‘available,’ click on Proxy (as shown in the image below) and select the SG proxy to create and save Profiles.

Additionally, when setting up the monitor, be sure to use the SG proxy along with the previously saved Profile.

Was able to find SG proxy and login ok but the site is still blocking and unable to proceed further (refreshed site multiple times but to no avail).

DMing you as the site requires logging in to the site for testing and debugging.
