I am unable to register my mobile number to use the SMS feature. I am based in Sydney Australia, and pretty sure my mobile subscriber is not blocking it.
When I add an ISD Number from Australia, I can’t receive the verification code.
@spoonized727 thanks for reporting the issue. unfortunately we currently are unable to send messages to the following countries:
- Australia (since early 2024)
- China
- Singapore
- Thailand (sine late 2024)
this is due to increased regulatory requirements from these countries. i understand that this can be disappointing. if you would like to request a refund, feel free to send an email to billing.
a great option is to use distill’s smartphone apps for android and ios. unlimited push notifications are available in all paid plans. in addition to notifications, they are great for viewing changes and managing simple aspects of monitors too.

Many thanks for this information. I will give it a shot until the end of my 1st-month subscription and can cancel if I think the push notification feature is not helpful for our use cases.
