For some reason, it works fine on my Windows computer but not on my Mac. Whenever I open the .dmg file, the Distill.io icon to drag it to the Applications folder shows a cross sign over it.
I’ve overlooked it anyway, hoping it would work fine, but Finder told me the file is either corrupted or unsupported.
A debug update on this issue would be appreciated.
Note: I’ll try updating to the latest mac and see if it solves the problem.

Currently the desktop app is not supported for Apple devices with Intel chips. You can check the aforementioned details by going to the “About This Mac” section by clicking the Apple icon in the menu bar on your device.
If your device does not have an Intel chip but you are still facing the problem, please do provide us with an update in this thread.
Yes, you are correct; I have an Intel-based MacBook Pro.
