Unable to find “Concurrent Workers” option in Settings → Advanced

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to change the number of concurrent workers for local monitors as described in the documentation here:

The docs mention that the setting should be available under:

Settings → Advanced → Concurrent Workers

However, I don’t see this option anywhere in my Distill settings.

I’m currently using:

  • Browser: Chrome

  • OS: macOS

I’m mainly using local monitors and wanted to reduce system load by lowering the concurrent workers count.

Has this setting been moved, removed, or restricted to certain plans/apps?
Would appreciate any clarification.

@legen_dary The setting is available only in the Extension Watchlist for Local Monitoring, not in the Cloud Monitoring watchlist at https://monitor.distill.io/.

Please try the following:

  1. Click the Distill extension icon in Chrome

  2. Click “Go to Watchlist”

  3. This will open the Extension Watchlist

From there:

  1. Click Settings (bottom-left corner)

  2. Go to Device → Advanced

  3. There you should find the option:
    “Maximum number of concurrent workers”
