Unable to add new monitor - Failed to create remote browser

When trying to register from the browser, the following error occurs when attempting to register a new monitor.

Currently, we are on the Starter Plan, and the number of registered monitors is 20.

thanks for reporting the issue. this error is usually encountered when all of the remote browsers have been taken up by others and none is free to use. retrying after a few minutes usually works. can you please try again and see if it is working right now?
