When I copy & paste the web address in a Chrome browser, the web page loads up fine, however, when I try to open up the same page in Distill Desktop App, the page does not load. Please help!
@cal38n Thanks for reporting this. We checked the URL you shared and can confirm that the page is protected by Cloudflare, which is preventing it from loading correctly inside the Distill Desktop App. While the page opens normally in a regular Chrome browser, the site detects automated or scripted access when loaded inside the app and blocks it after a short time.
Because of this protection, the page may fail to load or stop responding in the Desktop App. This is a known limitation with certain Cloudflare-protected sites.
For now, the recommended workaround is to monitor this website using the Distill Chrome extension instead of the Desktop App. Since the extension runs directly in your normal browser session, it is able to access the page without being blocked.
