Sync issue among multiple devices

I’ve been using the same account on both Mac and Windows devices using the chrome extension, but starting today, they’ve stopped syncing, resulting in two separate and different Watchlists.

thanks for reporting the issue @eternalgoal. when a device stops sysncing data, it usually indicates a problem with that device’s connectivity to distill’s data notification servers. i am assuming that one of the devices has the latest data while the other one doesn’t.

  1. does restarting the other one help sync data correctly?
  2. are you able to see correct data in your watchlist on https://monitor.distill.io?

Thanks for the reply. Restarting the devices and signing out cloud distill’s servers did not work. I am seeing different watchlists on https://monitor.distill.io.

It started to sync after uninstalling and reinstalling the chrome extension. There were some issues remained, but all solved after deleting all devices and adding devices again.

local monitor in Chrome won’t sync.
It displays a red message saying “Please check if sync is enabled for your account.”
I reinstalled the extension, but that didn’t fix the problem.
local monitor in Firefox syncs without any problems.

the error message indicates that chrome is unable to connect to distill’s servers. is there a permission setting or a firewall setting that could be blocking the connection?

deleted the Chrome cookies and it synced again.
