Has the sticky window been deprecated for basic accounts? Checks are being performed in whichever browser window I’m using and I don’t see the Advanced option in settings as described in the guide.
@bifter the sticky window option is present in the extension’s watchilst. here are the steps to access these settings:
- click distill icon in the browser toolbar. this opens a popup.
- click “go to watchlist” in the popup. this opens the extension’s watchlist.
- click the cog icon in bottom left corner of the extension to access the extension’s settings.
once done, you should be able to modify the way pages are opened for checks. cheers!
Thanks. As I said, the advanced option in settings had disappeared but, after a couple of reboots, it returned. Behaving normally again thankfully!
take a note of the url in the browser’s urlbar. this will help identify the context and understand why it shows in one context but not the other. cheers!
