Some Problem with Desktop APP on WIN and LINUX

Dear Team, Dear Community

I used Distill Monitor now Quite a long time and i love it, but since some weeks i have massive Problems

On Windows Version 3.10.13: everything works perfect but the app fills up my 32GB Ram up and when the PC is over 99% Ram Usage the app closed but the RAM stays on 99%, and my PC is totaly unusable until i restart (this takes about 1-2 days until ram is full)

so i tought maybe the Windows Version is bad and i started the journey on switching to linux version

On Linux Version 3.10.13: most of my Monitors get here errors “SELECTION EMPTY”, => i installed JAVA on LINUX too, so it should work the same, what i found out that the internal browser looks to be opening the windows in a very small window size so i guess the problem is that it loads not the desktop site but the mobile site and there for the wanted site fields are completly missing or on another spot to select it correct

would be nice to see any infos about my problems, right now its not useable ether on WIN or LINUX (and bye the way, i am a paid customer, not a free one)

and by the way i only use DISTILL Monitor APP on a complete fresh WIN11 install, which was to be used only for my DISTILL MONITOR APP and a second Monitor next to my main Monitor

here you can see what i mean on LINUX, its fullsize but shows only small homepage size, when i click on refresh its refreshes it only in small size, when i click on + symbol and click back from the second window to the first one its big, so i guess the problem is that under linux the internal browser always opens like that in such a small window

thanks for reporting the issue @hannes_crypto. can you share some rough numbers about the number of monitors being checked for changes and their check interval?

Yeah i have the smallest payed version, so i am around 40-50 most of the time, active right now from the 40-50 monitors are arround 30.

here you can see my monitors and each frequency i check

@ajitk any info on that, would love to get my monitors back to live, and relativ shure thats the problem with the mobile site

our team is looking into it. but it may take some time to reproduce and fix it. i will post an update here once done. thanks.
