Distill on Chrome can notify me of pages differences, and I can then see them for most pages in a side-by-side “explore” while in Visual mode. However, for some pages with drop down menus, I can’t see the differences (bc the drop downs show as just their title and not dropped, unless I go into Text or Source mode which shows the html w/e and inspecting that will show the difference but grokking the html is not as convenient. Any way to have the drop down’s shown in Visual mode?

the visual mode uses html to render the content (like a webpage). the select
dropdowns in a page don’t can’t show the dropdown’s content unless it is clicked. that makes it tricky to view the changes in visual mode. one potential solution to help identify that a select tag has changed could be to highlight the select
tag to indicate that it has changes. how does that sound?
