Select number from a text and compare it

This makes me feel a bit useless, surely it’s something simple but I can’t do it alone.

I have the following website: https://www.willhaben.at/iad/kaufen-und-verkaufen/marktplatz?PRICE_FROM=0&areaId=401&areaId=403&areaId=410&areaId=418&sfId=005f8d7c-f23f-422d-ae00-ab2956a1fcf1&page=1&keyword=windeln&rows=30&PRICE_TO=0&searchKey=301&isNavigation=true

What I want to achieve is to select the text “6 Angebote zu verschenken” and compare it so that it notifies me when the number is greater than the last time it did the check.

I really appreciate the help.

Hello Ariel, using the condition “text has number that increased more than 0” should work well. Following screenshot shows how to configure it in a monitor’s Options page:
