RSS feed reddit not getting updates

Hello.

I am using Windows 11 Chrome - Distill extension.
My RSS feed monitor for a subreddit is not promptly getting changes.
It can take a few minutes, even over 30 minutes to see changes.

  • Refreshing the subreddit (non RSS URL) displays changes.
  • Manually viewing the RSS URL will show changes.
  • Distill immediately detects changes if I clear Chrome cache which leads me to believe it is pulling from cache thus the long delay.
  • For some reason manually viewing the RSS URL doesn’t update the cache that Distill is pulling from.

Is there a way for hard refreshes in Distill. Or some other fix?

Yesterday I found and tried that extension.
Still testing it out.
Not conclusive, but I think it turns itself off randomly or something triggers it to turn off.
Very odd that RSS feed works fine with forums, but not with reddit.
