Ran out of SMS notifications even though I’m subscribed as professional

Hi,

I just got a message saying that I reached the maximum SMS notifications but I am subscribed to Professional that I think is unlimited SMS notifications. Not sure where to go from here.

@chrisgarcia4 check out Pricing | Distill. number of sms notifications is available in limited quantity in each plan. the number of push notifications that can be received using the mobile app is unlimited in all paid plans.

Yes I have the plan with unlimited through the app but it’s telling me I’ve reached the max. Doesn’t make sense to me

there is no plan for unlimited sms notifications. only for push notifications.

please note that there is a difference between sms (text messages sent to any phone) and push notifications. check out the following articles explaining the difference: SMS vs. Push Notifications: Which Should You Use? | Twilio
