Questions regarding monitors cost

Hi,
I Have a question regarding monitors cost.
There is a different in terms of cost between for example updating one monitor or delete existing one and create a new one?

And another question is if you charge on monitors being in the trash?

the monitor’s cost depends on the count of monitors. updating a monitor or deleting one and creating a new one in its place should not affect the count. do you intend to frequently delete and add monitors? it is usually recommended to update and existing one instead of deleting and creating new one.

monitors in the trash are not counted.
