Is there any way to exclude specific monitors from a particular global action? It would be very convenient to be able to set global actions (such as push notification) and then disable it for select monitors.

Global actions don’t support exclusions and apply to all monitors. We plan to let users create actions for a specific filter (say a label) to offer more control over how to configure them.
