One or more macros?

Hi everyone!
I’d like to be notified whenever a new document is published under each of the categories listed on this page: https://www.enisa.europa.eu/about-enisa/public-access-to-documents.
Is it possible to achieve this with a single macro, or do I need to create a separate macro for each category?

a single macro can be work once you can make the category an “input field”. it is like a variable that can be provided later when the macro is being used.

the following screenshot shows how to create one:

  1. click the context manu of a value that needs to become an input to the macro.
  2. choose the option to “create input field”.
  3. rename the field to make it easier to understand and save.
