Hello! I am not receiving push notification on the phone when change is detected. Everything was working fine until last 15 days ago. I am still subscribe to started pack. I have redownloaded the app and also the chrome extension. Made sure phone notifications were on, DND is off but still it is not working. Change are highlighted on the desktop chrome extension page but no email or no push notification are coming through.
I sent then email to support 2 weeks ago but no reply.
@flyingsoldier Can you try uninstalling the Android app from your phone, then reinstall the Distill app again from the Play Store, log back into the Android App, and check whether you start receiving push notifications?
Also, please make sure notifications are enabled for Distill in your phone settings.
In your monitor settings, under “Actions,” have you added “Push Notification” as one of the notification actions?
We also checked our support inbox and could not find any recent email from you. The last email we received from your address was on March 25th, and we had replied to it as well.
Yes. I have tried literally everything that can be done by a user. Uninstalled the app, remove the extension and re adding it. Tried different browser. Tried desktop app. everything. Nothing has worked still no answer from support.
Also in the android APP, when I click on Push Notification Sound with in the Distill app, nothing happens. As if it does not open the notification sound setting. This is with in the DISTILL app and NOT android settlings app.
I came here because I’m having the same issue. I only paid for the premium for the sole purpose of push notifications and email and am not receiving either.

This seems more likely to be related to an account sync issue between the mobile app and your Distill account. It would be best for us to review your account details directly.

Open the Distill Android app
Click the Hamburger menu (☰) on the top-left
Click the Gear icon (Settings)
Tap on Test Notification
Please let us know:
whether you receive a Success pop-up
and whether you receive the actual test push notification on the device
