I don’t know what to do about this as it doesn’t happen all the time. My macro is maybe to log into the embassy site and check for appointments. (Sidenote, I’d ideally like to check only at 6pm Eastern time is that possible?)
Here is a list of your monitors that have reported errors consistently over the specified time frame:
timeout error is usually an occasional error that goes away on retries. i wanted to check if there is another error being encountered that needs to be fixed. thanks!
It must have gone away as currently there are no check logs to post. I’ll keep an eye on it and try to post the next time it happens.
I’ve dialed down the frequency of my monitor. again I really only need it once per day if there’s a chron scheduling option… but that is grayed out as a enterprise only feature?
got it, thanks for the update. when checks are happening on time with errors, then it should be fine. in case of errors, you will get notified by error notifications.
Hey Helga! Im in the process of trying to set up the same Macro. Any other tips or walkthroughs would be very helpful. Have you been able to get it to work? What about the 6pm EST scheduling feature?
I haven’t had any luck with this yet. The scheduling feature is apparently only available to enterprise customers whatever that means. So it’s checking but not ever at the time the appointment slots are released.
I don’t know what the enterprise options are like, but I would say that I have a need for a small number of actions/macros (really just this one) with a chrontab scheduler.
the latest error says the element identified by the locator #advanced * could not be seen. as a result the click step didn’t work. can you share the macro? i will check it out and let you know.
thanks for sharing the macro. the step that failed earlier is after the login. that needs to be looked at.
can you email support with the full macro so that they can look at your macro in detail? they will be able to help you accordingly. you can create and use a temporary password when sending the email.
i am also assuming that you are running this in cloud. if yes, can you try running this locally using the desktop app and see how that works? that should help with page loading errors as some sites block connections from servers.
