I replied to an older post (October 2022) but I’m in a bit of a panic and I’m not sure that anyone is looking at a thread that ancient. My new alerts are no longer bolded but IDK how to fix this because my only “settings” in my “gear” icon are Account, Workspace, and Admin Console so I’m stumped as to how to get my bolded alerts back! THANKS!

I’d like to understand a couple of things:

When a new alert is generated, if you check the Change History (guide here: https://distill.io/docs/web-monitor/change-history-and-highlighted-changes/#how-to-check-the-change-history), does it show:

a bell icon, or

a slashed bell icon?

Do you happen to have a screenshot of a recent alert that wasn’t bolded?
You can also just share the screenshot of the monitor with the Change history expanded, so that I can review and let you know what’s happening. (If you don’t want to share the monitor screenshot on forum you can also reach out to us at support@distill.io)
Also, just to clarify regarding the older forum post — it refers to Devices (via the hamburger menu → Devices), not the Settings (gear icon) you mentioned.
Once I have a bit more detail, I can help solve this issue.
the symptom indicates that monitors are detecting changes but aren’t triggering alerts due to conditions. could you check the global conditions to see if any are set that could be preventing the alerts from triggering?
