Monitors Automatically Turning Off

I have numerous monitors that are automatically turning off. I reset them to ON and within minutes they are back to OFF. Please help!

there are two common reasons when a monitor is turned off:

  1. likely using more cloud monitors than what is allowed in the free plan.
  2. when monitors are running in cloud and they encounter 10 or more consecutive errors. when error actions are configured, email notifications are sent informing you about the errors.

i am assuming that it is the latter one. can you check the log to see what errors are being encountered?
