Hello, I am with the Instrumentl account and we have noticed a trend in Distill not notifying us when a webpage we are monitoring has a broken link, specifically when they come up as a 404, we would like help to correct this situation as it is having a knock effect for our clients.
@liz the monitor should be able to alert you of 404 links. check out the following article to learn more about how to get alerts when pages fail to load for any reason:
you have potentially two options:
- setup a webhook or an email to get alerts to take appropriate action.
- or, you can use the api to query the monitors that have been erroring out and process the result accordingly.
