Monitor to track appointments on a Government page

I have programmed the monitor to notify me if there is a change in the appointments just by indicating the day of the calendar, what I need is that when that date is activated the system informs me that said date on the page is active to be able to choose a time, but the system does not send the alerts could someone help me? Thanks a lot

does the calendar show a date’s availability by enabling of disabling the date button @jerrytv?
