Monitor only during certain hours

I only want use Distill to monitor my watchlist certain hours of the day. Can this be accomplished? I don’t want to burn out my IP and proxies.

checks can be restricted to a specific time using “time slot for checks” for local monitors. see:

this is possible for local monitors using “time slot” for checks. click the cog icon in the bottom left corner in the watchlist to go to “settings > advanced” to use time slots. cheers!

I dont have “advanced” as an option under settings. I am paying for the “professional” plan as well.

The “Advanced” option appears when you access the local Watchlist by clicking the Distill droplet icon in the browser toolbar. If you’re using the Chrome extension, you can open it directly with this link:
chrome-extension://inlikjemeeknofckkjolnjbpehgadgge/ui/inbox.html#/settings/advanced/

Please note that time slots for checks only apply to local monitors. You can also visit this page to learn more about the different options available for scheduling checks.
