Missing Monitors from My Account

Hello,

I just noticed that all my monitors have disappeared from the WebApp on Chrome. I also downloaded the app on Android to check if they were still linked to my account, but they are nowhere to be found. Additionally, there is no record of any of the monitors I created.

I have a free account, and I’m unsure if that might be the cause of the issue. Also, I updated Google Chrome this week—could that be the problem? Shouldn’t the monitors be connected to my account regardless?

@zomb88 We checked your account, and there are currently no monitors associated with it.

Please check whether you may have used another Distill account and log in with that email to see if the monitors are listed there.

Another possibility is that the monitors were created in the browser extension without signing in to a Distill account. In that case, the monitors would have been stored locally in the extension and may not have synced to your Distill account. If the local extension data was cleared or reset, those monitors may no longer be available.
