Lost monitors after subscription ended

Hello,

I was a paid user, but I ended my subscription because I had no need for Distill for a few months.

Coming back after 2 months, I found out that all my monitors above the limit of 25 were automatically sent to trash and then deleted… I had no idea this would happen.

Is there anyway I could retrieve them? Otherwise, this would be nice if the monitors were archived instead of automatically deleted. I took a long time to create them…

@wrought7519 the app displays a message when unsubscribing that monitors exceeding the new plan limits are moved to trash.

an option for users is to save a backup by exporting the monitors to json. please feel free to send an email to support. they can help restore the monitors from backup.
