I am unable to login to the Distill App on iPhone with the most up to date software. I have deleted the app and redownloaded, power cycled the phone. The login screen is simply unresponsive. When i click anywhere on the screen, nothing happens, no keyboard comes up or anything. Need some help. Thanks

- are you not able to even enter the username and password in the login screen?

Yes, the full login screen shows up. I am unable to select any field. Basically the entire login screen is unresponsive and unable to select anything. Nothing happens when I touch anywhere. There are currently no issues with any other apps or the functioning of my phone outside of the Distill App. This is an iPhone 14 running the latest software (17.5.1)

I have the exact same issue. How did you resolve? I reinstall the app, but nothing changes.
Would you kindly simply terminate and relaunch the application once to see if the problem persists?
Yes I did, and what tried so far:

delete and reinstall the app (wipe all data).

restart the phone
Environment is: -
iPhone Se 2 (MMXF3HU/A), IOS: 17.5.1

Latest version of Distill
After the phone restart I can hit the text box and the cursor shows up with the keyboard as well. But after ~0.3-0.5 sec cursor is stop blinking and the keyboard disappear as well.
After this point the app is freeze and can not hit any button or use any text box.
If I’m not restarting the phone, the process above can not be reproducible.

Would you kindly update to 3.10.16 for the app? We have resolved a few issues with the login page hanging. I hope it will solve the problem you are facing.
