As stated in the topic title, I used to receive notifications on both my iPad and iPhone when changes were detected on my local monitor on my laptop… however it’s been a week and it is no longer functioning.
I have reinstalled Distill on my laptop, reinstalled on my iPhone, and removed it from my iPad, but nothing seems to have changed.
It isn’t a problem with the changes detected either, nor conditions. I have tested changing a few option, and can see that the monitor is detecting changes, but no notifications are sent.
Can I get some assistance regarding this? Thank you.
@loradream the push notifications are working fine. there are three common reasons for not getting push notifications:
checking not working.
conditions preventing alerts.
running out of monthly allowance for push notifications.
from what i understand, checks and conditions are working fine. can you look into your monthly usage to see push notification usage is over the monthly limit?
this looks like a bug where the month’s offset is calculated incorrectly in certain timezone (cst or pst).
this should be april’s usage. i checked and saw that you were recently subscribed to the starter plan and downgraded to the free plan a week agon. free accounts get 100 push notifications in a month. since the monthly allowance has been reaching, push notifications aren’t being sent anymore.
let me know if it makes sense or if you have any questions.
I’m seeing that now, yea. Apologies, I mixed the expiration with another subscription and thought my service were ending later this month. This makes complete sense now, thank you.
