iOS app gets stuck in infinite loop and other issues

The iOS app has been very glitchy the last few days. Multiple issues. I think something with maybe the update that occurred a couple of days ago. Some things that I’m seeing include monitors reloading on their own every half second or so to the point where you can’t even see what the changes were. Other issues are sometimes when you go into a monitor, it won’t display anything at all, rather it will display an error.

Does anyone aware of any issues going on?

sorry about the issue with the last update of the ios app. version 3.12.7 has been uploaded that fixes this bug. it is currently under review and should be released within next couple of days. would you like to get this version from testflight. here is the public link to join ios testflight to get this update now:

Join the Distill Web Monitor beta - TestFlight - Apple

OK, I will download the beta version. But when will I know when I can download the real updated version? Or will this happen on its own?

the same version will get released and updated once apple approves it. TestFlight gets faster and more frequent updates.

edit: it has now been released publicly.

Thought I would add my issues with the iOS apps. Not trying to thread hijack.

I updated to the latest version this morning (v3.12.7) and while it solved the “endless loop on push notifications” it still didn’t solve some other issues and introduced some as well. Some issues I’m experiencing:

-iPad version has missing back button/arrow in upper left when inside individual monitor. I get trapped inside the monitor I tap on. I still can swipe from the left edge to go back. I am NOT in Window mode. I am in standard full screen app mode. However, if I change and resize the window all the buttons come back. Including the “three dots” issue I list below this one.

-Inside the individual monitor the “three dots” and button to turn on/off monitor is missing and can’t be accessed to edit the monitor or do any other options. Can only access “edit” from swiping on the monitor on the main screen.

-Inside the edit screen if I choose “Device” none of my local devices are listed. Only the proxies. This is true on both iPad and iPhone.

I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling on my iPad and it didn’t fix it. I have the iPad version installed on my Mac and it experiences the same issue as my M4 iPad.
