I'm not able to get notified for a change of word to add to cart for a product

i am not able to get notifications for product added as to notify when add to cart is shown on a particular website. Tried in stock product still no notification, any fix for this?

Hi @vinayaksoni007,

Alerts are only received when:

  1. there is a text change when Distill checks the monitor, and
  2. conditions (if any) is true.

So, for in-stock product as there is no text change, no alerts can be received.

Can you see if the monitor is running successfully with no error showing in the check-log and the above is true? See How to check logs in Distill web monitor? | Distill.io to know how to view check log.
