Hi, I’ve recently lost the ability to use the email alert. My email address used to be selectable and now it just says none. See the attachment. Any ideas?
@westy your account’s email address shows that it was unsubscribed from all emails on 2025-05-19.
do you recall clicking the “unsubscribe” link in one of the emails sent by distill? the “unsubscribe page” lists multiple options. the option to “unsubscribe from all emails” makes the email address unavailable for any action within the account.
it has been added back to your account and is in unverified status. once you verify it, it should be able to use it for alerts again.
