I’m on the Professional plan but when I go to https://app.distill.io/cloud/devices I see “Cannot get cloud devices.”
I’m trying to create a cloud monitor for a login-protected page (https://creator.im.skeepers.io).
Can you please enable cloud monitoring for my account?
@csin111 the correct url to create and manage a dedicated device is https://monitor.distill.io/#/w/0/settings/devices/.

I clicked on it as I was troubleshooting. I am trying to monitor a login-required site. I need to know how I can do this from the cloud. I cant find helpfil info anywhere

did you choose that name for the dedicated device?
no.. i followed the directions you provided. it only lets me connect to “my cloud monitor” not “cloud-distill’s servers”… can someone call me?
now i can’t get it to load on my local device. please help me
i would like to be able to toggle between it working on my local server when I’m on my computer and the cloud when I’m not. Now all the settings have changed. This is a big mess and I actually pay for your services. Help me.
