How to monitor AND get alerted when a specific "word" appears?

I am monitoring a certain page and want to monitor the entire page but only get alerted when a certain word appears - how do I do this, I have to check every 5 seconds and the word will appear randomly. Thanks

I’d urge you to take a look at condtions. To be more specific, you can set up a condition as follows:

Added Text contains ‘word’
