How to make sure that there is no difference after checking and no notification is sent, and only if there is a difference?
Notification is sent only when there is a change in content.

If you are getting unwanted alerts, please check out the change history[1] to see what has changed. Based on the unwanted changes, you can de-select elements that are triggering the alert. I will suggest you view the changes in “text” mode under change history. Do let us know the URL in case the above does not help.
