Is there any way to tell Dstill that the page layout is constantly changing, and therefore the words are also moving around? I purchased the annual plan to monitor my items, but I’m having a hard time filtering and setting conditions that return real results for new item additions. However, I end up getting a lot of false positives simply because the words are moving around on the page.

from what i understand, the list of products changes their order frequently in the page. you would like to silence the changes that are purely due to a change in order. but you will like to get notified when a new product shows up in the list. is that correct?
this can be accomplished by using the condition net added text is not empty. check out https://distill.io/docs/web-monitor/using-conditions-to-get-alert-on-important-changes/#text-types for more information.
note that if you don’t need to get alerts on changes to price or offers, you should try monitoring only the product titles. the monitor will then trigger an alert only when it sees a product title that was not present in the last captured change.
