The time displayed (Apr 02 11:08 pm in the log and Apr 02 in the Watchlist row) indicates the moment when the most recent update was detected. This timestamp will only change when Distill records a new change on the monitored webpage. Until another change is detected, the timestamp will remain the same. This helps you keep track of when the last update occurred on the page you’re monitoring. Does that make sense?
