The guidance says that 5 consecutive errors must occur before a notification is triggered. We have been seeing a high number of repeated errors in our email alerts (which is expected).
I would like to know: since the default for an alert is 5 consecutive errors, does this mean that the next alert will be triggered after another 5 errors? Or after the next error?
Put differently, if I am seeing a source on the error list on 1 day and then again the next day, does this mean there have been 6 consecutive errors or 10 consecutive errors?
