If I delete and reinstall the app because it won’t launch, it seems to work normally for a while, but after about a day, the same error message occurs again.

Could you please let us know which Distill app you’re seeing this error in? Is it the Desktop App, Mobile App (iOS or Android), or another app?
Also, could you please share a screenshot of the entire page showing the error message? That will help us better understand the issue and investigate it further.
