Error message when creating new webpage monitor

I am using a free account and I believe it can set up up to 25 monitors.
I only have 3 monitors created now.

However, when I want to create a new webpage monitor it shows the following error message:

Upgrade Account

<none> monitors are available in Starter or higher subscriptions. [Manage Subscription](https://accounts.distill.io/billing)

you should be able to create and use 25 webpage monitors in the free plan using the browser extension or the desktop app. can you download the extension or the app from https://distill.io/apps/web-monitor/ and try to add more monitors?
