We noticed that email addresses that were already verified and set up with a number of monitors suddenly vanished from our email list without us knowing. Is there a reason for this?
two user actions can lead an email being deleted:
- the first is the most obvious where one can delete from https://monitor.distill.io/#/settings/emails_phones/
- unsubscribing from all email alerts using the unsubscribe link an email alert.
do you not recall using either of these actions?

We did not delete the emails from our account but do have a number of people receiving these alerts.
If I am understanding correctly anyone receiving these alerts could click the unsubscribe link and it would remove it from the account?
yes, that is quite possible. any user with access to the unsubscribe link and choose to unsubscribe the registered email address.
