Duplicate iOS push notifications for a single detected change

Hi Distill team,

I’m experiencing an issue where every push notification sent to my iPhone is delivered twice, even though only one change is detected.

I’ve already confirmed the following:

  • There is only one Push Notification action configured.

  • The monitor history shows only one detected change.

  • The issue occurs with multiple monitors, not just one specific monitor.

  • The duplicate notifications are identical and arrive almost simultaneously.

Is this a known issue with the iOS app, or is there a setting I should check?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

@haena Can you check the Global Actions and see if the Push Notification has been added over there as Action and delete it.
For doing this, on the Watchlist Dashboard, click on the Hamburger Icon and Select Global Actions

Thank you! That solved the problem.
The Push Notification was indeed added under Global Actions. After removing it, I’m now receiving only one notification as expected.
