We observed that there is a difference in the count of notifications that we are receiving over the email and in the count which is showing in the Daily usage log?
For example in the log it is showing we have received total 47 notifications on 29th Oct. 2023 but in the email the total count is 44. PFB the screenshot for the same.
And also could you please tell us can we integrate the notifications which we are getting over the email with the intercom?
The values shown in the daily usage log is counted in EST (UTC-4). You can also count the email alerts sent at the following URL: https://monitor.distill.io/#/u/0/usage/logs/.
Let me know if the numbers make sense after taking the timezone offset into account.
And also could you please tell us can we integrate the notifications which we are getting over the email with the intercom?
I am not sure yet. Do you need to use intercom’s API to integrate a monitor’s change history with Intercom?
