Creation of Dedicated Device Fails

Hi,

I just saw that profiles are being deprecated, so I thought I would just change over to dedicated devices. When I click the “Add New Cloud Device” button I received the following message: “Cannot create a new dedicated client”. I currently have a starter plan. Are dedicated devices supported for this plan or am I just doing something wrong? Appreciate the help.

there was a bug in how the number of cloud devices are calculated. it has now been fixed.
