Hello, I set up a monitor behind a macro using my personal proxy, but i noticed the distill cloud browser is using an unknown DNS and timezone that doesn’t match with my proxy, how can i resolve this?
the remote browsers use the server’s timezone and dns settings.
what problem did you face when using the remote browser due to timezone?
I was getting account blocks using my own proxy, so i checked the dns being used on distill cloud browser with my proxy and discovered the dns is different from the proxy’s dns and also timezone
can you share more information about what the block looked like? when access is blocked using dns, the remote browser will be unable to resolve the name. what error did the page encounter? if you can share a screenshot, that will be great. thanks!
the block isn’t a block shown on the page, its a regulatory block from the site i am logging into due to proxy leaks which i think is from the DNS
As you can see from the screenshot, this is not the DNS of my proxy
still awaiting your response
can you please share the error details along with the url?
