I would like to change the title of the addressee in the error alert emails.
My organisation currently has 3 watchlists. Before the 7th of February, I would get error alerts for each watchlist that began “Hi [name of watchlist]”. This helped me distinguish which error emails related to each watchlist.
From about the 8th of Feb, I’ve noticed that all the emails I get start with, “Hi [name of organization]”. This makes it hard to easily distinguish at first glance which watchlists the email is about.
Can I change this back to the format before 8 Feb? Alternatively, is there any other way to distinguish watchlists from the emails?
@smudau Thank you for sharing this feedback — this is very valuable and absolutely makes sense.
Following the recent Enterprise workspace upgrade, the format of the Error Alert emails was updated, which is why the greeting now reflects the organization name instead of the watchlist name. We understand that this change has made it harder to quickly identify which workspace or watchlist the alert belongs to, especially when managing multiple workspaces.
Including the workspace name in the email notification is a reasonable and necessary improvement. I have shared this with our engineering team, and they will be working on including the workspace name in Error Alert emails to improve clarity and usability.
We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll keep you informed once this enhancement is implemented.
