Can't sign into iOS app

Hi,

Just trying to setup the iOS app but I can’t login.

I put in my email and get the link, then when I click that it opens Distill in the web browser, but when I go back to the app it just asks me to sign in again.

App is latest version (just downloaded) and on iOS 26.5.2, iPhone 15 Pro.

@downhilljon Could you please confirm whether you are opening the sign-in link from the default email app on the same iPhone where the Distill app is installed?

If not, please try this:

  1. Open the sign-in email in the default email app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap the sign-in link directly from there.

When opened this way, the link should log you into the Distill iOS app instead of opening only in the browser.

Please try this and let us know if you’re able to log in.

Thanks so much @srijith - that was the problem. I use Spark for mail on my phone, but all sorted once I used the original mail app.

Unfortunately this does not work for me. I have the same problem but have an iPhone 12. Any other solutions?
