Business Aggregator Site Tracking

Hello, I hope to use Distill to track new listings on various business aggregator sites (Loopnet, BizBuySell, etc.) in RSS format. I have questions about how the notifications will be formatted when the sites update and where the provided links on the RSS feed will take me.

I assume the links will take me to the primary listings feed, as that is the page being monitored, but will it take me to the location on the feed associated with the specific update I hope to view?

Also, is there a way to set up the links within the notifications to take me to the specific listing page for the business I wish to view derived from the primary feed containing all the available listings?

Thanks in advance!

here is an example of what a monitored feed looks like in the watchlist:

it is for the following feed: https://bam.kalzumeus.com/archive/rss/

posts that are added, or deleted are labelled to show that. updated posts show highlighted changes to show what was updated in that post clearly.

the links in the posts are read from the feed. they usually are a link to the page with the post’s details. the monitor’s url will take you to the website’s link defined in the feed. it is https://www.bitsaboutmoney.com/ for the example feed shared earlier.

the link for each post is read from the feed’s url. it is not possible to change that.

i will recommend using the browser extension or the desktop. it is free to use and can monitor upto 25 different urls for free. give them a test run and see how they work. if you have any feedback, feel free to share after using them.
