Adding a note or description in the preview changes

I want to a specific notes in each of our monitor which can be seen at the top of the preview changes.

Is this possible?

thanks for sharing the feature request @richwin. currently there is no direct way of adding a note. the combination or name and labels help organize them to some extent.

can you share what your use case it? is the note intended for a personal usage or is it for someone else in the team?

Hi ajitk.
It’s for my team and I’m the manager. We’re currently monitoring websites that have drug programs and some specific PDFs. And each monitor is indicated to a specific programs in our system. I would like to have that feature in order to let them see that specific monitor is for that specific program. Because there are some complex programs in which have 2-3 monitors. And also some of the program names are different from our monitor names.
