Ability to delete specific diffs (e.g., server errors and false detections)

Hi Distill Team,

I would like to request a feature to manually delete specific diffs or change history entries.

When a monitored website experiences a server error or triggers an unexpected false detection, those unwanted diffs remain in the log. This clutters the history and gets in the way when reviewing actual changes later.

Allowing users to clear or remove selected diff entries would make the change feed much easier to manage.
